Each tour consists of a weekend of touring, followed by 3 days where you will work with a retreat leader in a remote and spectacular spot. Retreat days consist of morning workshops led by an insightful guest speaker, followed by time for journaling and reflection and for group dinners and leisure activities. We conclude by visiting yet another celebrated destination. You will change hotels every few days but it will be worth the move!

Room Sharing
 
All prices are based on double occupancy and hotels are selected to ensure that two women can comfortably share a room. After you have made your reservation, Hibiscus Tours will ask you to answer a few simple questions so that we may pair you with an appropriate roommate. There are some single rooms available at an additional cost. There are situations where hotel room quality varies. For example, a hotel may have a limited number of rooms with an ocean view.  In this instance, rooms are assigned based on when you register.
 
Activity Levels and Physical Demands of Tours
 
Hibiscus Tours are not strenuous or physically demanding.  Besides lots of walking, to enjoy our tours and fully participate all we require is that you can carry your own suitcase and be physically able to climb and walk on cobblestones and steps.  We do take local transportation at times. There will be options for more strenuous hikes and activities for those so inclined.  We are not an adventure company and we do not expect you to run the marathon to participate in our tours!

Hibiscus Tours are more than just a vacation. The journey will take you down an emotional path of learning and discovery, and give you a chance to get to know your fellow travelers and to share intimate thoughts and dreams.  
 
Hibiscus Tours will provide a forum to foster a supportive network via message boards, updated contact information and ongoing personal development articles and speaker series. Our speakers will also provide you with many tools to allow you to continue your journey at home and to achieve the life of your dreams.

Every woman is welcome! Whether you are thirty-five or sixty-five, a career professional or an at-home mom, single or married, you can find a tour to suit your needs and tastes.
 
Travel groups range in size from fourteen to twenty-two women. You can join a group of women with similar interests and make new friends, or bring along your own friends or family. We offer a wide variety of topics and locations so you are bound to find the perfect trip for your interests and needs.  
 
The only criterion is that you want to take some time to reflect on your life and your goals and to learn more about yourself and the world in the process.
