The
Art of Effortless Living with Ingrid Bacci
Andalucía,
quintessential Spain, is southern part of the county known for its
natural beauty, enthusiastic embrace of life, and exotic nuances as the
crossroads of European and Moorish cultures. Andalucía boasts a
charming mix of Christian and Muslim influences, and is the home to all
things Spanish: flower-filled squares and patios, bullfights, flamenco
dancers, delectable tapas, orange trees and sunshine.
Join
Hibiscus Tours in September in the south of Spain. This 8 day, 7 night
trip begins in romantic Sevilla, continuing on to the beautiful yet
wild Sierra Norte Mountains and majestic Grenada before returning to
Sevilla. Sevilla, the Capital of
Happiness, is universally famous for
being a joyous town. While the Sevillians are known for their wit and
sparkle, the city itself is striking for its vitality. It is the
largest town in Southern Spain, the city of Carmen, Don Juan and
Figaro. We will visit the old city, with the Cathedral and the Giralda
tower at its heart. We will explore the royal Mudéjar palace known as
the Alcazar with its gorgeous gardens, and the cramped streets,
flowered balconies, richly decorated facades, and hidden patios of
Barrio de Santa Cruz. This is a city to wander in and get lost in its
charms.

Ingrid
Bacci will join us in Cazella de la Sierra in the mountains north of
Sevilla for our seminar, The Art of
Effortless Living: How to Move from Stress to Effortless Flow.
Ingrid Bacci is a gifted author, psychic, somatic healer and medical
intuitive whose professional commitment is to help people discover and
live their fully authentic selves. This 3 day seminar will be held at
the farmhouse at a converted 16th century olive mill, set amongst oak
forests, olive groves and green meadows. The Finca, quiet and
contemplative, is the perfect setting for personal reflection, long
walks and horseback riding among the waterfalls and luscious scenery.
On
to Granada with its Moorish charm to see the renowned Alhambra palace,
one of Europe's most breathtaking sights and most sensual locales.
After we take in the pleasure of the gardens of the sultan, we will
dine on the hill facing the moonlit Alhambra in the old Moorish casbah
called the Albaicin, a fascinating labyrinth of narrow streets and
whitewashed houses with secluded inner gardens, known as "cármenes".
Before we say our goodbyes, we will head back to Sevilla for one last
round of shopping and a farewell dinner.

The
Art of Aloneness with Lauren Mackler
November
15 - November 21, 2008

Throbbing tango music and lithe dancers. Patagonian mountain ranges bordered by crystalline mountain lakes and vibrant wildflowers. Tender steaks as big as your plate. European boulevards and a fashion scene thriving with up and coming young designers. Outdoor cafes and local wines. Sunday tango in the streets and antique flea markets beckoning with that special purchase in Buenos Aires. It is all waiting for you in Argentina.
Hibiscus
Tours takes you there in November for 8 days and 7 nights. We meet in
Buenos Aires, the energetic Latin American city with a European
sophistication. Beyond the metropolitan flare, the city boasts
authentic Latin architecture and culture, and of course- tango dancing.
We will dive head first into the hustle and bustle of the city and
savor the charms of its culture and nightlife.
For
our seminar, we will fly to the stunning Lakes region of Northern
Patagonia for 4 days at Estancia Peuma Hue, The Place of Dreams. The ranch is
the perfect inspirational setting to work with Lauren Mackler who will
lead our seminar, The Art of
Aloneness: Becoming Whole and Happy on Your Own. Lauren is a
leading expert in unleashing human potential, a renowned coach and
popular radio and TV talk show guest. Puema Hue, set in a deep glacial valley filled by the blue waters of Gutiérrez Lake and the unique emerald-green to turquoise waters of Peuma Hue Bay, is filled with the energy common to sacred places. It is truly a special resort, and the stunning setting, gourmet local cuisine, plentiful activities and caring owners and staff make this an ideal venue for personal reflection and relaxation.
We will return to Buenos Aires to continue our exploration of the city where shopping, tango salons, and world class art museums await out return. We end out week together with a Tango show and farewell dinner, the ultimate ending to our Argentine adventure.
